If, for any reason, you are not delighted with your order, we will gladly give you a replacement or refund.
 
Creating an address book
You will need to register before creating an address book. (see Creating a new account below). Once you are registered, simply click on My Account, then click the "view or edit address book" link. From there, you can add and save new addresses.
 
Updating my address book
Once you have registered and created an address book, you can access it at any time by clicking My Account, then click "view or edit address book". From here you can add, edit, or delete addresses.
 
Taxes
North Carolina state sales tax is added to any order that is billed to and/or shipped to a North Carolina address.
 
Shipping methods
Second Day or Overnight shipping are the only available shipping methods for orders containing any perishable item (such as sugar cake or coffee cake). Ground shipping will not be displayed as an option. Orders that do not contain perishable items will display Ground shipping as an option.
 
Shipping schedule

To insure you enjoy our baked goods at their best, we bake them fresh and ship only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Orders placed by 4:00 PM EST on...
Sat-Mon will be shipped on Tuesday.
Tues will be shipped on Wednesday.
Wed-Fri will be shipped on Monday.

Ground Delivered orders will arrive at least 5-7 business days after they are shipped (see above for shipping days). This time increases during the holidays, so please allow ample time for delivery!

Overnight and Second-Day orders will arrive 1-2 business days after they are shipped (see above for shipping days)

Regrettably, orders cannot be delivered on holidays.

 
Checking the status of an order
To check the status of an order you've already placed, click the My Account link at the top of any page, then click "check the status of an order".
 
Tracking an order
Once your order has been shipped, the shipper (ex. UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service) will send you an shipping confirmation email. Follow the instructions in that email regarding how to track your order. Normally you will be given a tracking number and a link to the shipper's website.
 
Creating a new account

All you have to do to create an account is start shopping! While shopping, you can either:

1) Select "Myself" as the Ship To person, then start to check out. You will then be given the opportunity to register and create your account. OR...

2) Select "Person(s) in My Address Book" or "New Person(s)" as the Ship To person, and you will be given the opportunity to register.

 
Changing my address, password, or email address
Changing your account information is easy. Simply click the My Account link at the top of any page, then click "view or edit account information".
